An Eightfold error is displayed for Job Applications created with agency ownership even though the ownership is expired.

The ATS sends external agency ownership data where the expiration/end timestamp is earlier than the start timestamp, triggering a validation error in Eightfold and blocking the synchronization process.

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation by Engineering team.
