3715436 - Attribute shows Label Description Instead of Locale Translation After Filtering in Enhanced Search

Symptom

When an Attribute that is "Skill" type is filtered on Enhanced Search, the results show the Label ID description instead of the translation value. Please see the video from an internal tenant showing the issue.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Associate an Attribute that of a Skill type to an item in the library of the user
  2. Make sure that there are enough attributes tied to a bunch of item so that way there is a "Show more" option for the attribute section filter of the library search
  3. Go to the library search and view all > filter on the attribute > see the label issue on the results

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

This issue will be patched on March 10th for preview tenants and March 12th for production tenants.
