3715442 - Work Order Revision Error: "You are reducing the allocation of cost object"

Symptom

While attempting to revise a Work Order, I encountered the error: You are reducing the allocation of cost object XXXXX below the amount that has already been invoiced against it. This will cause commitment issues in S/4. Increase the allocation of cost object XXXXX to the necessary amount in order to proceed.
