Symptom
A KUT extension field created for Sales Quote at item level is not visible in Adaptation Mode and is not available to be added to the screen.

Reproducing the Issue
- Create an extension field for Sales Quote at item level with field type RICHTEXT.
- Publish or activate the field.
- Open a Sales Quote and navigate to the item level.
- Enter Adaptation Mode and open Available Fields.
- Verify that the RICHTEXT field does not appear in the list and cannot be added to the UI.
Cause
RICHTEXT fields are not supported in Adaptation Mode for Sales Quote item level UI. Due to this limitation, the field does not appear as an available field for UI adaptation.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, the existing RICHTEXT extension field must be deleted and recreated using a supported data type such as TEXT. After recreating the field with a supported data type, the field should be published and then added to the UI via Adaptation Mode. Once created with a supported data type, the field becomes available in Adaptation Mode and works as expected.
