3715482 - Onboarding New Hire/Recruit Tag Displayed in Latest People Profile for Non-External Users - Onboarding

• Onboarding New Hire tag appears in the Latest People Profile display for users who are no longer external users or onboardees.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Open Employee Profile of a user
2. Notice Onboarding New Hire/Recruit tag
3. User is an employee or terminated user
4. They are no longer an external user, therefore tag is invalid

When the rehire onboarding is cancelled, the workerType is not cleared and that's the reason why onboarding new hire tag appeared in the employee profile.

Our engineering team is actively working on a permanent resolution for this issue. OBX-42572 has been created and fix date has been being provided yet.
