3715507 - Alumni Access "Unavailable" - Onboarding

In the Offboarding Dashboard, the Alumni Access status is shown as "Unavailable".

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to the Offboarding Dashboard
2. Under the Alumni Access, the status is shown as "Unavailable".

The "Unavailable" status currently displayed under Alumni Access is expected behavior, as the Offboarding process and its associated tasks have not yet been completed.

For an offboardee to become an Alumni User, the following conditions must be met:

1. The offboardee must have an active Offboarding process, and the process must include the Employee data review step.
2. The Employee data review step must be in a Completed status.
3. All tasks within the Offboarding process must be completed before the termination date.
4. The HRIS Sync job must run after the Offboarding process is completed.
5. The Onb2ConvertTerminatedEmployeeToAlumniJob must also run successfully.

Once all the above conditions are fulfilled, the offboardee will be converted to an Alumni User two (2) days after the termination date.
