Symptom

You have noticed the comma, decimal and date format are wrong in stories.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to SAP Service Cloud Version 2
  2. Click on User icon
  3. Click on System Settings 
  4. Select All Settings
  5. Open Design Stories
  6. Open any story.
  7. You will see date, decimal and comma in wrong format.

Cause

It is a known limitation.

Resolution

Date, decimal and comma formats adjusts are planned for future releases, development team is already working to solve this issue.
