The 'Permitted Costing Variant' window doesn't pop up when clicking the Issue Marking Allowance or Cancel Marking Allowance button in the app "Organizational Measure (CK22)".

Cause
This is the UI change in CE2508, and in CE2602, the new UI is by default as introduced in UI Changes in Organizational Measure | SAP Help Portal.
Resolution
Fill in the Costing Variant and Costing Version in the pop-up list.
