Date of rehire section is blank while performing E-Signature in I9 Section 3

1. Attempt to complete the e-signature for the I-9 form 3.
2. Observe that the rehire date is missing.

The rehire flow is not implemented for the I-9 Section 3 form, and the mapping indicates that the field on the PDF will remain empty.
