Fields configured in Application Template cannot be used in single global application template
Specially for 2 different countries (eg: India and UK) as there are certain rules and field visibility required only for one country

Reproducing the Issue
- Login to the instance
- User one single application template for one country (eg:Indian) candidates
- Same template cannot be used for one country (eg:UK) users, we cannot hide the same fields listed for other countries (eg: India and UK users)
Cause
One single global application templates cannot be used for multiple countries as the pay components can be different for different countries.
Resolution
The only way possible is to have multiple templates associated to single country. This way its possible to have fields visible to the users in same country and unnecessarily view all fields.
