In SSCUI 102591 - Specify Structure for Tax Jurisdiction Code, select the tax procedure used in the document, for example, TAXUSJ.
Here, it has the following structure: 2, 2, 5, 1.

This means:

(1) First Level with 2 characters (implies 1st and 2nd characters) = NY

(2) Second level with 2 characters (implies 3rd and 4th characters) = 00

(3) Third level with 5 characters (implies 5th to 9th characters) = 01460

(4) Fourth level with 1 character (implies 10th character) = 4

The error happens because the second level (county) is set to "00," which means it's not maintained. Since the code "NY00014604" is a Level 2 code, it's missing the specific county info, but there are settings for Level 3 and 4 that aren’t set to '0.'

To resolve, maintain the value for the missing level accordingly.
