3715776 - 'Available Data' search functionality not working in story reporting for LMS Connection

• Search functionality fails to return results for keywords such as "Item," "Class," or "User" when using the LMS connection in Story Reporting.
• Learning schemas are listed, but the search box does not display any results.
• The issue is isolated to LMS schemas; other connection function as expected.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • Analytics & Reporting  (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
    • Story Reports
      • Query Designer - Filter, Calculated Column, Params

1. Log in to the system.
2. Navigate to the Report Centre.
3. Create a new Story.
4. Select the LMS connection.
5. Attempt to search for keywords such as "Item," "Class," or "User" in the schema search box.
6. Observe that no results are listed.

Apply the below solution if you have a Partner, with access to Provisioning:

1. Navigate to Provisioning.
2. Access "Configurations for Story Reports."
3. Perform the "Refresh LMS Reporting Metadata" job.
4. Test the schema search functionality after a couple of hours to confirm resolution.

If you do not have a partner, kindly file a Case with component LOD-SF-ANA-SAC, and SAP Support will assist with executing the "Refresh LMS Reporting Metadata" job.
