Symptom

The std_position_obj token is not pulling position value on the offer letter

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the offer letter template in the system.
  2. Attempt to generate an offer letter using the template.
  3. Observe that the std_position_obj token does not resolve the position value.

Cause

The position title is not configured for the position object, causing the std_position_obj token to appear blank.

Resolution

  1. Admin Center>Manage Positions
  2. Positions>Select position
  3. Take action>Make correction
  4. Add Position Title
  5. Save changes
