3715860 - CALC: Unexpected overtime basis (/O*) and IRS results in case of retroactive decrease of overtime

Symptom

When a retroactive reduction of overtime is applied for an overtime amount that was previously introduced in a retro calculation (i.e., a retroactive increase followed by a retroactive decrease), the system does not reverse the overtime as expected. As a result, the overtime bases (/O* wage types) and the corresponding IRS calculation become incorrect or unexpected.
