3715869 - QEDS: error during second digital signature after system update 'The document to sign was changed since the last signature' (SIG607)

Symptom

There was a system migration from HP-UX to Linux. After this in transaction QEDS when doing the second digital signature for an inspection lot, the system issues error message:

SIG 607 - 'The document to sign was changed since the last signature'.

This issue occurs only for those lots that had their first signature before the migration. For newly created lots such error does not occur.
