Symptom

  • The TranheadRA index was removed after a recent environment refresh with a production copy.
  • The user attempted to create the index using a SQL script and performed a database sync but could not see the index listed or activate its status.
  • The newly added index THR_RunListNoRA remains in "open" status and is not listed in the entity index search.
