3715893 - QMEL-LGORTCHARG is empty for quality notification

Symptom

In transaction QM01, a material document number is entered for the quality notification.

After saving, it is noticed that field Storage location (QMEL-LGORTCHRG) is empty for the quality notification although referred material document contained storage location information (field MSEG-LGORT is filled).
