3715909 - EWM inspection lot is not created for a specific material (QI stuck queue with error 'No inspection object versions were activated' - /SCWM/QINSP006)

Symptom

A successful goods receipt took place for a purchase order and stock is updated to quality inspection. However, an EWM inspection lot (origin 17) is not generated.

Issue occurs after system update for a specific material, while other materials work fine. There is a stuck QI queue entry in transaction SMQ2 with SYSFAIL for module QPLEXT_RFC_INSP_LOT_CREATE and error:

'No inspection object versions were activated' - Message No. SR053 (/SCWM/QINSP006).

This message is strange, as the Inspection Object Types (IOT) versions are maintained and generated properly.
