Symptom

There is an error message displayed when the onboardee tries to access the Personal Data Collection (PDC) step: "Your HR manager has requested a correction to your personal data for the following reasons: {0}".

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Onbordee logins to the portal
  2. Attempts to start Personal Data Collection task
  3. Error message received: "Your HR manager has requested a correction to your personal data for the following reasons: {0}".

Cause

The root-cause of this issue needs further investigation.

Resolution

  1. Restart Onboarding.
  2. Try to open Personal Data Collection task from a different browser, possibly access from a different device.
  3. If issue persists, open a case under component LOD-SF-OBX-PDC providing all Network trace and Console Logs, KBA 2760505.
