3715944 - SAP GUI screen capture for SAP Easy Access is not available in SAP Build Process Automation (SBPA)

Symptom

  • When adding a SAP GUI capture in SBPA, "there are no screens available" message appears instead of SAP Easy Access (saplogon) option:

  • sapgui/user_scripting_per_user and  sapgui/user_scripting parameters are set to “TRUE” in affected system RZ11. 
  • SAP GUI scripting is enabled and installed in SAP GUI for Windows.
  • Some users can capture SAP GUI screens when connecting SBPA to certain systems, but they are unable to do so in others:
