3715945 - Unable to delete Code list values for KUT field via Adaptation

There are code list values for KUT fields which are no longer required. There is the need deactivate/delete these values but there is no option to do so, since only first 300 list values are displayed in the UI via Adaptation.

Follow the below steps provided in order to perform this deletion:

1. Export the code-lists (which are above 300 in this scenario)
2. Delete the code lists from the excel which are not required.
3. Import the code lists excel post deletion

Then the new code lists (the ones which will not have the deleted code lists) will be considered.
