3715976 - Custom Pricing Procedure Cannot Be Assigned to Delivery Type LF in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When attempting to configure delivery pricing in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, it is expected to assign a custom pricing procedure to delivery type LF or enhance the standard pricing procedure YBDEL0 by adding new condition types. However, the system does not provide configuration options to change the pricing procedure assigned to delivery type LF, nor to modify the standard pricing procedure. As a result, the desired pricing adjustments cannot be implemented.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, the pricing procedure determination for delivery documents is predefined by the system. For delivery type LF, the standard pricing procedure YBDEL0 is automatically assigned. The configuration activity “Define Pricing Procedures for Delivery” is not available in the Public Cloud environment. As a result, the pricing procedure assigned to delivery types cannot be changed.

Additionally, the standard pricing procedure YBDEL0 cannot be enhanced with additional condition types.

These restrictions are part of the Public Cloud configuration model, where certain pricing elements are system-controlled and not exposed for modification.

This is standard system behavior in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Changing the pricing procedure assigned to delivery type LF or enhancing YBDEL0 with additional condition types is not possible in the current Public Cloud scope.
