3716022 - Approval card not visible in "Requests for Me" section when requesting approval a second time for the same item

Symptom

When an Approval process is triggered for the second time by items with a cost, the Approval card is not visible in the "Request for Me" section of the New Learning Experience (ILX).

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create an item with a cost associated and an approval process to be triggered to users' managers >
  2. As a user, request approval for the item >
  3. The manager approves the request >
  4. The user completes the item and then re-assigns it, making a new approval request >
  5. The new approval is sent but does not appear in the "Request for Me" section of ILX.

Resolution

Our Engineering team has investigated the scenario and the correction is planned to be delivered within the 1H2026 release version, as per the schedule in Product Release & Road Map Information for SaaS environments and Learning Validated SaaS Release Schedule | SAP Help Portal for VSaaS environments.
