3716050 - Offboarding dashboard is not appearing even though the permissions are in place - Onboarding

• The Offboarding Dashboard is not visible to users despite the required Offboarding and Dashboard permissions being correctly assigned through Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Affected users have been granted all relevant permissions to access Offboarding features, including dashboard access.
• After login, the Offboarding Dashboard does not appear under the Home page or in the expected navigation path.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Assign required Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for Offboarding and Dashboard access to affected users. 
2. Log out and log back in after permission changes.
3. Navigate to the Home page or expected navigation path to check for the Offboarding Dashboard. 
    

The Offboarding initiation fails by design if the terminated user or their manager is inactive in Employee Central, preventing the dashboard entry creation.

• If termination is done with a past date, the next HRIS sync sets the process to Completed.

• Once completed, the Offboarding Dashboard disappears — this is expected behavior.

• To keep the process in Open status and visible on the dashboard, please use a future-dated termination.
