3716058 - Missing "Create" button in "Define Consolidation Groups" app in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Although the required Business Roles and Business Catalogs are correctly assigned, the "Create" button is not available in the "Define Consolidation Groups" app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to the Define Consolidation Groups app.
2. Observe that the "Create" button is missing.

In Business Role "SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR_GRP", the access category for Write Access is set to "No Access". Since the "Create" function performs changes in the "Define Consolidation Groups" app, write authorization is required.

To enable the "Create" button in "Define Consolidation Groups" app, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Manage Workforce app.
2. Search for the user ID associated with the behavior.
3. Select the row and navigate to "Maintain Business User" > Assigned Business Roles.
4. Open the Business Role ID "SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR_GRP" and click the "Edit" button.
5. In Access Categories change the "Write, Read, Value Help" field from "No Access" to "Unrestricted".
6. Click the "Save" button.
