• An error occurs when attempting to edit inbound delivery quantity from 3 PAL to 2.5 PAL in the App "Change inbound deliveries - deliveries".
• The system returns the error message: "Enter a number without decimals".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open app: "Change inbound deliveries - deliveries".
2. Open Inbound Delivery;
3. Edit the delivery quantity from 3 PAL to 2.5 PAL.
4. Observe the error message: "Enter a number without decimals".

The Change Inbound Delivery - Deliveries app's behavior depends on the configuration made in the configuration step 102179, "Units of measurement".

For example: For unit PAL (Pallet), the standard customizing for number of decimal places is blank/zero.

1. Use the Create Material/Change Material app or the Migration Object 'Product' to include decimals in the net weight for the product.
2. If entering a value with decimal places in Change Inbound Delivery - Deliveries is required, use a Unit of Measure that allows decimal places.
3. Note that SAP Supplied UOM records can only be changed via Expert Configuration.
