Symptom
Issue occurs when downloading TFN and Superannuation forms from ServiceNow tickets. A permission password is required to save the forms, which is not expected behavior.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Submit onboarding forms in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
2. A ticket is created in ServiceNow with signed TFN and Superannuation forms attached.
3. Download the forms from the ServiceNow ticket and save them to a folder.
4. Observe the message prompting for a permission password.
Cause
The password prompt is introduced during the integration process between SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and ServiceNow.
Resolution
- TFN and Superannuation forms can be downloaded directly from SAP SuccessFactors without password protection.
- Recommended actions:
1. Implement decryption or processing in the middleware between SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow before ticket creation.
2. Process the documents within SAP SuccessFactors (where unencrypted versions are available) before integration.
3. Ensure the ServiceNow integration user has the correct document access rights.
