Reproducing the Issue

1. Enable Offboarding 2.0 in the test system.
2. Verify that the termination workflow is auto-approved.
3. Check the Offboarding dashboard for missing facility, company, and manager details in the profile.

Cause

Missing alignment of people profile configuration with Offboarding 2.0 requirements.

Resolution

Offboarding 2.0, it is not supported to display additional information such as facility, company, or manager directly on the Offboardee profile section within the Offboarding dashboard.
The Offboardee profile pane is a fixed view and cannot be extended with further fields beyond what the product delivers out of the box.

However, these details can be leveraged at the Offboarding dashboard (list) level using the Adapt Filters functionality.
