3716103 - Unable to view or add rating in Custom Trend card in Latest People Profile

Only older ratings are displayed in the Custom Trend card within the Latest People Profile. Newly created rating entries are saved successfully; however, they do not appear on the portlet.

1. On Performance and Goals category
2. Go to the sysOverallCustom1/sysOverallCustom2 card
3. Click create rating
4. Select the rating and click create
5. The rating is saved but still screen shows "There’s nothing to show yet. When there is, you’ll see it here." However information appears on the Legacy People Profile and in the Export Extended User Information file.

Configuration issue.
