3716124 - Replication of Cost Center via SOA replication does not update attributes in the inbound target ECC/S4 system

Symptom

Cost Center is replicated from MDG-F to target ECC/S4 system, where the SOA inbound is successfully delivered, but the Cost Center is not updated there with the change attributes.

This can be also identified by obsolete field value for Entered on (CSKS-ERSDA) since as per the SAP Note 2106479 the inbound sent by MDG-F using 'delete and create' principle and so the creation date of the Cost Center should be the same as the date of the replication inbound date.
