3716143 - SybSQLException "Exceeded tempdb space limit" when querying CPI OData API

Symptom

An integration flow calling the public CPI OData API (specifically the /MessageProcessingLogs entity) fails intermittently with an HTTP 500 error. The OData adapter response body contains the following exception:

com.sybase.jdbc4.jdbc.SybSQLException: Exceeded tempdb space limit of 3200 page
