Symptom
Application / Service QI_RECORD_RESULTS_APPL returns Fatal Error:
"Most likely causes:
- The browser failed to download files.
- The server is not responding.
- The server was temporary not available.
What you can try:
- Retype the address.
- Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected.
- Restart the application.
This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:
- Internet connectivity has been lost.
- The website is temporarily unavailable.
- The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
- The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
- If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check the protocols setting under the security section."
