The CA WTPA form is presented during onboarding for completion and signing, but all fields values appear blank.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log into the system.
2. Access the onboardee.
3. Process the onboardee through the onboarding process and complete all compliance forms.
4. Generate the CA WTPA form for signing.
5. Observe that all field values in the form appear blank.

• The issue occurs due to invalid property names in the OData call, specifically EmpJob/businessUnitNav.
• Required fields in the compliance forms are not enabled, leading to blank field values.

1. Enable the business unit field in the jobinfo.
2. Refresh metadata to ensure the cache is not corrupted.
3. Avoid disabling the field again, as this will result in the same issue.
