3716205 - Custom token for datetime data field in sap successfactors onboarding email notifications does not display time

Symptom

  • A custom token [[cust_StartTime]] mapped to the Start Date & Time field (cust_startTime) on the custom task ONB2 Task Hiring Manager Activities in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding only resolves the date in email notifications.
  • The time component of the DateTime data type field is not displayed in the email notification.
