3716211 - Why are the fields Validity Start Date and Validity End Date not getting populated with values despite the payload containing entries correctly?

When Sourcing requests are created from the external origin, the values being sent play a significant role in what data is being diplayed.

In the payload the Validity Start Date and Validity End date need to be sent in a certain format

<Extrinsic name="ValidityStartDate">XXXX</Extrinsic>

Why are they not visible despite the values being maintained correctly in the payload?
