3716319 - Survey Section Question Type Not Displayed In Opportunity Preview

Section details are missing when previewing the survey within an Opportunity.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Survey Work Center.  
2. Navigate to the Survey Work Center View.  
3. Open the Survey Basic Info Sheet Circular.  
4. Navigate to the Design Tab and proceed to the next page with Item Type Section.  
5. Go to Sales Work Center.  
6. Navigate to Opportunity Work Center View.  
7. Open Opportunity ID XYZ (where XYZ refers to Opportunity ID).  
8. Perform the Action > Preview.  
9. Observe that Section details are missing.  

• Section question types are ignored when surveys are displayed within transactional objects such as Opportunities.
• Section question types are fully supported and visible in Survey Simulation mode but are not rendered in Opportunity Summary or Preview due to technical limitations.

This is expected behaviour and it is a known limitation in the product currently.
