3716321 - Unexpected Behavior of "Create" Button in One Time Payment Portlet in Employee Profile in Latest People Profile

• In Employee Profile → Compensation → One Time Payment, the "Create" button behaves inconsistently:
• When the instance is opened and user navigates to Employee Profile → Compensation → One Time Payment, the Create button is visible.
• When the user navigates back to the profile and reopens the One-Time Payment portlet, the Create button is not visible.
• After refreshing the page, the Create button appears again.
• This behavior is reproducible without any configuration changes.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Log into the instance.
2. Navigate to Employee Profile.
3. Open Compensation section.
4. Click One Time Payment portlet → Observe Create button is visible.
5. Navigate back to profile.
6. Reopen One Time Payment portlet → Observe Create button is missing.
7. Refresh the page → Create button becomes visible again.

The Engineering team has confirmed that this behavior is due to a code-level issue.

The Engineering team analyzed the situation and confirmed that the identified issue has been addressed as part of a code correction.

The fix is scheduled to be delivered in an upcoming 1H2026 release.
