3716373 - Custom sort order of Picklist issue in Time Sheet UI

Symptom

  • Picklist has custom sort order
  • Time Sheet UI displays picklist alphabetically despite the configurations

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

Cause

The Time Sheet UI currently follows the standard system design, which displays picklist values in alphabetical order. Custom configurations are not applied to this specific UI component.

Resolution

Please raise an enhancement request with business justification via Customer Influence, so it will be considered for the next releases.
