3716442 - How to create multiple recorded times during the same timeframe for clocktime users

Symptom

You wish to have multiple entries valid at the same time for clocktime users

Environment

  • Employee time sheet
  • Time Tracking

Cause

Configuration

Resolution

  1. Manage data > Create New Time Type
  2. Under classification select 'Extra'
  3. Save your changes
  4. You can now use this time type in your profiles, time type groups and valuations

Extra time types are ignored for any overlap checks. You can have them active at the same time as any attendance or absence.
This can be useful to perform time valuations or validations.
