3716451 - MIR4: Error M8496 when saving a parked invoice after changing the posting date across fiscal years with existing errors

Symptom

When changing the posting date of a parked invoice from a previous fiscal year to current fiscal year in transaction MIR4 and attempting to save it, the system issues error message M8496 – "Invoice document still contains messages".
