3716501 - Error "the source of export and the importing system are different" in SAP Fiori Launchpad Advanced Settings

• An error occurs during the import of "My Home settings" from the customizing tenant to the test tenant, displaying the message: "The source of export and the importing system are different."
• The export functionality works correctly, but the import fails when attempting to move "My Home settings" between different tenants, such as test to production.

1. Export "My Home settings" from the customizing tenant.
2. Save it as file
3. Attempt to import this file "My Home settings" into the test tenant in fiori launchpad settings. 
4. Observe the error message: "The source of export and the importing system are different."

The issue arises because the import functionality for "My Home settings" is restricted to the same tenant and does not support cross-tenant migration.

This is default behavior. Purpose of import functionality for "My Home settings" is designed to work within the same tenant and does not support tenant-to-tenant migration. To export the settings from one launchpad to another Adaptation Transport Organizer (ATO) can be used for transporting spaces and pages between tenants. My home provides below options: 

1. Export to File

   Personalization settings of the entry page can be exported for selected sections. Enter a name for the file, select the sections, and click Export. A file with all the personalized settings is saved locally.

2. Import from File

   Personalization settings for selected sections can be imported from a locally saved file. Browse and select the file from which the import needs to be performed, select the sections for which the settings are to be imported, and click Import.

3. Import from Classic My Home

   Apps from the classic My Home page can be imported when logging in to My Home in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition for the first time, using the Import Apps Now option available in the Apps section. However, This option is disabled once it has been used. 

   Click Reset from this tab to enable the Import Apps Now option to be displayed again in the Apps section.
