3716513 - How to check impacted features and modules when enabling AI-Assisted Writing in SAP SuccessFactors?

Symptom

There is a requirement to identify which modules and features are enabled or impacted when AI-Assisted Writing is activated in SuccessFactors.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Resolution

The list of impacted features, organized by module, is available in SAP Help Premium AI Features in SAP SuccessFactors. 

To identify the relevant features, access the SAP Help Premium AI Features in SAP SuccessFactors and, in the Feature column, apply filters for the following entries:

  • AI-assisted writing
  • AI-assisted writing (analyze text)
  • AI-assisted writing (translation)

This will display the complete list of features affected when the Assisted Writing permission is granted to users.
