Roles or Families not appearing in Manage Job Profile Content but they appear in Manage Data

Please always double check the Language used in the settings(it usually is the one that the dropdown defaults into).

If a Role/Family is visible in Manage Data but not in Manage Job Profile Content, it could be that the dropdown Language is different to what the created locale for that role/family is.

If a Role/Family is not visible in Manage Data and in Manage Job Profile Content, the issue is caused by RBP permissions missing.

1. Re-check the Role or Family with the Language they are created with, for example if it's created in EN_US then please check if the dropdown is set to English US as well.

2. Go to Configure Object definitions tool, pick up  Role or Family object and check for the setting called Security.

If the object is Secured: Yes and the permission category is defined, the RBP permissions should be added to RBP roles to the permission category defined in Configure Object definitions.
