3716531 - Objective Library Does not appear when creating Team Objective

When we create a team goal is not displayed option to create from library.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Create a Team goal
2. Notice that is only possible to create from scratch or copy from another goal plan,
3. Has no option to create from Goal Library

System limitation

Actually is not possible to create goals from library in Team goals,
