3716547 - Missing "SPACES" and "SPACES_ENABLE_USER" Property IDs in FLP_CUS_CONF

• In a SAP Fiori environment, administrators are unable to locate or select the Property IDs "SPACES" and "SPACES_ENABLE_USER" within the F4 help (Search Help) of transaction FLP_CUS_CONF. These specific parameters are required to toggle the Fiori Launchpad "Spaces and Pages" layout.
• This issues happens in 1 of the 2 environments wherein the issue is happening on a much newer system.
  • The issue persists even when the Development system is on a higher SAP UI and Basis service pack level than other landscape systems where the properties are visible.
    • Development System = SAP_UI 754 SP 0018 / SAP_BASIS 752 SP 0017  (With Issue)
    • Quality System = SAP_UI 754 SP 0005 / SAP_BASIS 752 SP 0007 (Without Issue)
