3716586 - Error when opening Calibration Export file

Symptom

When opening a Calibration session Export file in Excel, error appears: "Excel cannot open the file xxxx because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file."

Reproducing the Issue

Open a Calibration session
Click on Export
Open the file in Excel
Error appears

Cause

Excel sheet names cannot exceed 31 characters, therefore Calibration session view names get truncated to 31 characters. When two Calibration session view names get truncated to same name, the system encounters an error because Excel does not allow two sheets with the same name.

Resolution

Modify the view names in the Calibration template. Ensure that the first 31 characters of the view names are unique so Excel will not treat them as duplicates upon truncation.
