1. Attempt to upload a business role using Maintain Business Roles application > Upload button.
2. Observe the error message: "Business Role is part of a Software Collection, no local re-upload allowed".

Due to consistency reasons, it is not possible to upload changes to business roles that have already been transported using a software collection.

We recommend that you do not change the business role after it has been transported. It should not be changed locally but only updated with a new transport. Local changes should only be carried out in urgent cases.
