3716624 - Request to change email sender address after migration from GRC to DRC

Symptom

  • After migration from GRC to DRC, emails generated with the XML key are sent from the sender address "user's email".
  • There is a requirement to change the sender address to an internal domain (for example, "@companyname.com.br") for compliance and proper tracking of fiscal communication.
  • With SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), the sender domain for system‑generated emails is currently fixed to mailsap.com (for Brazil DF‑e/NFe notifications this is typically dfe@mailsap.com) and cannot be changed to a customer‑owned domain (for example, "@companyname.com.br").
