3716707 - Incorrect Lettering Format in KS2 KiwiSaver Deduction form - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Name data under Section B is not displaying in BLOCK LETTERS in the KS2 KiwiSaver Deduction form.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. On the e-signature step for compliance, verify the information in the compliance form.
  2. Observe that the mapped values are a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters, not shown in all BLOCK LETTERS as the form requested.

Cause

  • This is an expected system behavior.
  • The format of the compliance form values depends on the input provided by the candidate during the "Personal Data Collection" step. If the input is not in capital letters, the system does not automatically convert the letters to capital letters.

Resolution

This is an expected behavior and the system does not automatically capitalize input values.

Advise users to input data in BLOCK LETTERS during the "Personal Data Collection" step to meet the KS2 form requirements.
