Understand the feasibility to specifically make Internal and External Job Description Fields as Mandatory when Job Profile Builder has been implemented.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Enable Job Profile Builder (JPB) in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management.
2. Attempt to configure Internal and External Job Description fields as mandatory within JPB.
3. Observe that the fields could not be mandated

This is an Expected Behavior. In JPB, the mandatory configuration works at the listingLayout level. The system does not provide the capability to enforce mandatory validation at the level of individual sections within the Job Profile. 

1. Understand that the system does not support making individual sections mandatory within Job Profile Builder due to its standard design.
2. Note that mandatory configurations are only applicable at the `listingLayout` level, which affects the entire Job Profile page.
